Stakeholder Engagement

The Prisoners Review Board (the Board) welcomes engagement with stakeholders and the sharing of information in relation to the Board's policies and procedures.

All requests for information and/or engagement with Board Members or staff of the Board must first be approved by the Chairperson of the Board. Please submit any request for information or consultation to prisonersreviewboard@justice.wa.gov.au. Your request should be marked for the attention of the Executive Officer of the Board to enable to appropriate approvals to be sought.

Complaints Procedure

Members of the public who wish to make a complaint concerning the Prisoners Review Board can forward their concerns in writing or via email.

The Board cannot respond to complaints regarding services provided by the Corrective Services division of the Department of Justice, such as programme availability, prisons and Adult Community Corrections processes. Information regarding the complaints process for Corrective Services can be found in the Administration of Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions (ACCESS) Brochure.
